Phi Phi Pirate Boat — Reseller Terms

These terms apply between the operator of the Phi Phi Pirate Boat ("we", Phi Phi Pirates, booking@phiphipirates.com) and any travel agency, guide, hotel or online seller who resells seats on the boat ("you"). Creating an agency account means you accept them.
1. Every seat goes through the portal
Each seat you sell must be booked on the agency portal before departure, with the guests' names written in Latin letters. Only guests with a portal reference (AGY-…) on the day's manifest are guaranteed boarding. Bookings sent by chat, email or "on the day" are not accepted.
2. Net rate and settlement
The net rate depends on the departure date and is displayed in the portal when you book (seasonal schedule). Settlement follows the mode you choose per booking: A — the client pays the balance in cash at Relax Bar; B — the client pays you in full and you remit the net to us. Overdue remittances suspend the account.
3. Public price
You may not advertise the tour below the public price shown on phiphipirates.com for the departure date, nor display fake discounts or crossed-out prices. The child rate (under 11) and free infants (under 4) are those of the portal.
4. Brand, "official" and domains
"Phi Phi Pirate Boat", "Phi Phi Pirates", 皮皮岛海盗船 and our logo remain ours. You may use them only to describe the tour you resell. You may not present yourself as the operator, as the "official site" or "official booking", or as an exclusive seller, nor register domain names, social accounts or OTA listings that use these names, without our written permission.
5. Photos and videos
Only media from our partner kit, or that you shot yourself on board, may be used. Copying pictures or videos from our website, our social accounts or our OTA listings is prohibited and will be reported to the platforms.
6. Accurate information
Your listings must state: daily check-in 11:30 at Relax Bar, Koh Phi Phi Don; return at sunset; no hotel pickup from Phuket or Krabi; balance paid in cash on board unless mode B; Maya Bay closed from 1 August to 30 September; itinerary subject to weather and the National Park.
7. Cancellations and weather
The cancellation rules shown in the portal apply. We may cancel a departure for weather or safety reasons; in that case we rebook your guests or refund the net you have paid.
8. Guest data
You give us the guests' names, nationality and a phone or WeChat contact. We use them only to run the trip and to reach the guests about it (Thai PDPA). You must have the guests' consent to share them.
9. Suspension
A breach of clauses 1, 3, 4, 5 or 6 leads to immediate suspension of the portal account, and we may ask the platforms to remove the listings concerned through their intellectual-property procedures.
10. Law and changes
Thai law applies; disputes go to the courts of Krabi. We may update these terms; the current version is always at phiphipirates.com/partners/terms, and continuing to book after a change means you accept it.
