Pricing & booking

How much is the trip?

1,800 THB / person for the whole day, with national park fees (Maya Bay, Pileh Lagoon) included. There are no hidden surcharges — what you see is what you pay.

Why a deposit?

We hold seats for you with a small 300 THB / person deposit paid online. Small commitment, full peace of mind on both sides — and the remaining 1,500 THB / person is paid on the boat in cash, card, or Alipay.

Can I pay everything online up front?

Yes — when we send your booking confirmation, ask for the full-prepay link. Default is the deposit-only flow because most travellers prefer to pay the balance once they're already aboard.

How do I book?

Easiest: chat with Jack on this site (the 🏴‍☠️ bubble bottom-right). You can also WhatsApp us. Either way, our team reviews every booking before sending you the deposit link, so you'll never be charged in error.

What's included

What's actually on the boat?
  • National park fees (incl. Maya Bay 400 THB)
  • Snorkel gear
  • Kayaks + paddleboards at Pileh Lagoon
  • Thai lunch / fried rice cooked on board
  • Top-deck bar — soft drinks, beers, cocktails
  • Multilingual crew (EN / ES / PT and more)
What's NOT included?
  • Hotel pickup (meet at Relax Bar — request via the team for off-route villas)
  • Travel insurance
  • Tips for the crew (welcome but never required)
What should I bring?

Sunscreen (reef-safe please), swim suit, towel, a light layer for the ride home, a dry bag if you have one. Cash for tips or the bar tab — not required, but always appreciated.

The day

What time do we leave?

Check-in 11:30 AM at Relax Bar on Koh Phi Phi Don. We sail shortly after and bring you back around sunset (approximately 6:30 PM).

Can the captain pick me up from my hotel?

Most hotels and villas on Koh Phi Phi Don are an easy walk to Relax Bar. For remote properties or off-island pickups, message us before booking — we'll confirm coverage on a case-by-case basis.

Is there food on board?

Yes — Thai lunch / fried rice cooked fresh on board, plus fresh fruit. The top-deck bar opens after Pileh: soft drinks, beers, and cocktails are available (some included, more for sale at honest prices).

Is it kid-friendly?

Absolutely — families are a big part of who we serve. Kids snorkel with crew supervision, and the boat has shaded areas for younger ones. Tell us your kids' ages when booking so we can plan.

Weather, refunds, changes

What if the weather's bad?

If conditions force a cancellation we'll either reschedule for free or refund your deposit in full — your call. We'd rather skip a day than send you into rough seas.

Can I change my date?

Yes — message us as soon as you know. Free up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability after that.

Can I cancel?

Yes — free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure (we refund the full deposit). Within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeit unless we're cancelling due to weather. The balance you'd pay on the boat is never charged in advance.

Maya Bay closures?

Maya Bay is occasionally closed by Thai national park authorities (typically August–September for reef recovery). If your trip falls inside a closure, the route stays — we just swap Maya for an equally beautiful spot, and the price doesn't change.
