The Dragon silhouetted against a blazing Andaman sunset

the sunset galleon

The Dragon

Our big wooden galleon, built for golden hour — sail out by day, sail home under a sky on fire.

aboard the Dragon 🐉

Crowned with a gilded dragon at the bow and a forest of black flags overhead, the Dragon is the Phi Phi Pirates ship you picture when someone says 'pirate boat'.

We weigh anchor at 11:30 and chase the best of the Andaman while the light is high — Monkey Beach, Viking Cave, Maya Bay, Pileh Lagoon — then turn the bow west so the whole crew can watch the sun drop into the sea straight off the deck. Music up, cold drink in hand, colors flying.

Two open decks, up to seventy-five souls, and the best golden-hour photos on the island. It's the boat for couples, sunset chasers, and anyone who wants the day to end big.
